Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy

Unopened, unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at stamps@bulkstampsus.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Return Shipping

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened packages or items that have been used cannot be returned. Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt.
